Services include booking management, cruise planning with pre- and post-cruise arrangements, destination recommendations, curated experiences, travel insurance quotes, and coordination of VIP amenities and partner benefits whenever available. Client preferences are communicated to all travel partners to ensure a customized experience throughout the journey.
Upon confirmation, clients receive a comprehensive itinerary delivered through a travel app, web-accessible link, and PDF format. SojournSet also monitors destination entry requirements, provides 24/7 emergency travel contact information, and includes one complimentary air itinerary recommendation for travelers who prefer to book flights independently using loyalty points. Additionally, clients receive access to SojournSet Concierge Services, offering assistance with dining reservations, spa appointments, transportation arrangements, theatre tickets, rail travel, rental cars, and other personalized travel experiences.
The Carry-On
Designed for journeys up to 5 days, this travel design service includes personalized planning, destination research, itinerary creation, booking management, and concierge support for a starting rate of $100.
The Escape
Ideal for trips lasting 6–10 days, this elevated travel design service provides customized itinerary planning, detailed destination research, booking management, and concierge support throughout your journey at a starting rate of $500.
Signature SojournSet
Created for more immersive and complex travel experiences, this comprehensive travel design service includes personalized itinerary development, extensive destination research, booking management, and dedicated concierge support. The Travel Design Fee is $800 for journeys of 11–14 days and $1,000 for journeys exceeding 14 days.

For clients who prefer full-service travel management, SojournSet is pleased to arrange air travel accommodations as part of your itinerary.
Domestic Air Ticket Booking
$150 per ticket
International Air Ticket Booking
$200 per ticket
Please note: Airfare is not included in the booking fee. Additional fees may apply should in-travel flight disruptions require assistance from our air support team.
